This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on setting up our direct integration with HubSpot. With this integration, your team can instantly sync leads from Tapect as contacts in your HubSpot account.
Once connected, the integration will automatically map the following fields—no extra setup required:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Job Title
Company Name
Contact Owner (assigned to the team member who connected with the lead via Tapect)
Connecting your HubSpot Account
From the home page, navigate to the Integrations tab.
Locate the HubSpot section.
Click "Connect" to begin the integration process.
A HubSpot popup will appear—simply click "Connect" at the bottom to proceed.
A window will appear prompting you to log into your HubSpot account.
Note: Make sure to log in with a HubSpot admin account to ensure the integration functions properly. Once logged in, HubSpot will ask you to select the account you want to connect with Tapect.
Once connected, all contacts collected through your Tapect cards will automatically sync to your HubSpot account.
