To activate your Tapect card, first sign up for a Tapect account. After placing your order, you'll receive your card. Once it arrives, log in to the Tapect Console, navigate to the "Activate Card" section, and scan the QR code on your card.

If you lose your card, you can easily deactivate the tag from your profile and order a new card for $49 plus shipping.

There is no limit to how many times you can update your digital contact profile. If you need to change the physical details printed on your card, we offer replacement cards for $49 plus shipping.

Each Tapect card is equipped with NFC (Near Field Communications) technology. To use it, simply hold the Tapect card close to your device, allowing them to communicate. When activated, the device is instructed to 'open this website,' directing the user to your digital contact profile. This profile enables viewing and saving all contact details with a single click, making networking seamless and efficient.

Absolutely not! The other person does not need the Tapect app to receive your Tapect profile. That's the beauty of Tapect ⚡️

If their phone is on the list of compatible devices, you can simply tap your card to their phone. If it's not compatible, just use your Tapect Smart QR code on your profile to share your information instantly!

The phone model you have does not matter when sharing!
